I’m sure everyone has heard of Make-A-Wish, a not-for-profit organization that provides wishes to children that have life threatening medical conditions. To date, the St. Louis Chapter has been able to provide over 6000 wishes to children through the kind donations and support of individuals and corporate sponsers.
As many of you know, I volunteer a lot of my photography services to the Make-A-Wish foundation, and I’m calling upon my readers help them out.
This past Sunday their building, located in Rockhill, was completely destroyed by flood waters. In the words of Sandy Lehr, President of the St. Louis Chapter, “We’ve lost everything; and are now in need of a temporary location for 3 to 6 months while our building is repaired.”
Here are the requirements:
1. It needs to be able to house a staff of 15.
2. It has to be donated space.
Please call Sandy at 314.919.9474. You may have to leave a message but they will call you back.
