If you could choose Optimal Health, would you?

You know how so many people are concerned with feeling good, looking young and living without disease? Most of them have tried just about every “diet” under the sun; I know I had, only to be frustrated.

I’m a Health Coach who works with people who really want to create a healthy, balanced lifestyle in order to increase their energy, get to and stay at a healthy weight as well as possibly reduce their risk of preventable diseases like high blood pressure and type II diabetes.

Before I started my journey simple things like accepting a dinner invitation had become difficult. So many things to consider. How far would I have to walk? Will they have chairs without arms so I can sit? OMG, what if they only have booths?! Life had become exhausting. Not to mention breathing was difficult and my joints hurt all the time.

When I started the program and lost 50 lbs I had hope for the 1st time and knew I could do this. It was easy and it fit my busy schedule.

Over the last 18 months I lost, correction; relinquished 220 lbs! And because I feel so passionate about this program, I’ve been invited to become a Health Coach and help others see similar results.
